Some of the best stories come from the people who've been with us from the start 🍷

Rick has been a longtime friend of Crew, and when he sat down to talk about why he keeps coming back, a few things came up fast: our Isle of View, the Bacon Brie burger, and honestly, the people. He said it's the staff and the atmosphere that keep him coming back, and that means everything to us. Our team works hard to make Crew feel like home for every guest who walks through the door, and hearing that from someone who's been with us this long says it all.

Summer has been good to CREW so far. ☀️🍷

We sat down with our GM Tanya to talk about what’s made this season so special and a big part of that has been seeing so many new and familiar faces through our doors.

We’ve welcomed visitors from Toronto, Michigan, London, and, of course, plenty of our friends right here in Windsor-Essex County.

It’s always pretty cool to see people making a trip to our little corner of Ontario, whether they’re coming from a few hours away or just down the road.

Here’s to more good weather, good wine, and even more great people joining us for the rest of summer. 🥂

Tanya's letting you in on one of our favorite spots at Colchester Ridge: the second-floor event space. 🍷

It doubles as an art gallery, so you get that gorgeous backdrop built right in. We keep things intimate here, usually somewhere between 50 and 80 people, which makes every event feel personal instead of overwhelming.

Passed apps, a plated dinner or lunch, a bridal shower, a baby shower, a corporate event, this room flexes to fit whatever you're celebrating.

It’s been a little while since Ryan made an appearance on our Instagram… so we figured it was time to bring our winemaker back around. 🍷

And what better way to start than with one of his favourite things at the winery: Sauvignon Blanc. 💚

Ryan is a BIG fan of Sauv Blanc, honestly, if someone pours him a glass, he’s probably trying it. 😂 From our different vintages over the years to bottles from other wineries, he loves seeing how this grape can show up differently from place to place.

For him, it’s all about those tropical fruit notes, that signature grassy character, bright acidity, and just how refreshing a good Sauvignon Blanc can be.

So naturally, when we asked Ryan for one of his favourite wines at CREW… Sauvignon Blanc was an easy answer.
