Québec has its own juridical legal system and does not operate under common Canadian laws shared between the other provinces and territories. Therefore, the Start-Up Visa Program does not apply if you want to immigrate to Québec. However, business immigration in Québec is not any more complicated than in the other parts of Canada. Worker eligibility
The Yukon Nominee Program accepts applications for nominee candidates both inside and outside of Canada. To qualify for the Yukon Nominee Program, you must:

have a full-time and year-round job offer from an eligible Yukon employer; and
meet the specific criteria of your application stream.
Get a job offer from a Yukon employer
It's your responsibility to find employment in the Yukon. The program does not play a role in recruitment or maintain a list of eligible Yukon employers.

New Brunswick Business Immigration Stream
The New Brunswick Business Immigration Stream is an economic immigration pathway for experienced entrepreneurs who are ready to establish, operate and actively manage a business while living and settling in New Brunswick permanently.

Applicants under this stream must meet the minimum eligibility requirements for age, language, education, personal net worth, business ownership and/or senior management experience, and business concept. Eligibility requirements must be met at the time of the EOI, application and nomination. Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee that you will be nominated.

The Government of New Brunswick (GNB) reserves the right to consider only certain types of new businesses or the purchase of existing businesses for economic development. Decisions are based on the economic situation of the New Brunswick labour market, current inventory, yearly nomination allocations distributed by IRCC, and any other factors determined by GNB.

E ntrepreneurs who want to reside permanently in Newfoundland and Labrador:

The International Entrepreneur category is intended for experienced business owners or senior business managers who wish to permanently reside in Newfoundland and Labrador. They must start a new business or buy an existing business and must actively participate in the day-to-day management of the business. After operating the business for at least one continuous year, the international entrepreneur may be nominated for permanent resident status, subject to fulfillment of certain criteria outlined by the Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism. 🇨🇦

The Entrepreneur Stream is for experienced business owners or senior business managers who want to live in Nova Scotia. They must start a new business or buy an existing business and must actively participate in the day-to-day management of the business. After operating the business for a year, the entrepreneur may be nominated for permanent resident status. Application to the stream is by invitation only. 🇨🇦

If you are interested in immigrating to Prince Edward Island and would like to invest in and run a business, you may be eligible for a nomination for permanent residency through the Work Permit Stream of the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP). In Canada, there is such a thing as the dignity of labor. It means that so long as you work, many people will view you with respect. No matter what the job is. Canadian society has a high opinion of the ability to work hard. So, when you arrive in Canada, just get some work experience. And, do not compare it to your last job
