We’re humbled and grateful to have received recognition for all three w**es we entered into competition this year at both ACWC and FLIWC.

Feeling very proud for our first year out of the gate.

We would have shared the news sooner, but some medals took the scenic route through the mail. They’re finally here, and we couldn’t be more excited to share them with you.

Fermented and aged on the lees for 12 months in neutral oak. Full-bodied and mineral-driven, with notes of almond and a rich, silky texture. Big, generous and deeply comforting, this Chardonnay warms the soul.

A mead created using the skins of our freshly pressed Riesling grapes, showcasing the natural harmony between estate-grown grapes and honey.

Introducing the 2024 Noble Pét Riesling.

As described on the bottle:

"Nobility, caught early.

Riesling at a fleeting moment—marqed by noble rot, yet harvested while the fruit remained plump and alive with acidity. Notes of honeycomb, preserved apricot and citrus unfold with floral lift over a poised palate with gentle tension. A finishing dosage of honey and yeast brings fine pétillance, refreshing the w**e and lifting its quiet richness."

Unfiltered and full of character, the 2024 Noble Pét is equal parts vibrant, textured, and refreshingly complex.
