Meet our newest single-varietal release: Porter’s Perfection.

After years of growing this traditional cider apple in our estate orchard, this is the first harvest that has produced a fermentation we truly fell in love with—and we think it was worth the wait.

Porter’s Perfection is known for its distinctive fruit, often growing in curious fused clusters and remaining surprisingly small on the tree. Those unique apples deliver remarkable character in the glass.

Expect aromas of clove and allspice, followed by notes of yellow plum, leather, and wet stone minerality. Smooth and only lightly carbonated, this cider is crafted in the true West Country style, allowing the complexity of the fruit to take centre stage.

Grown, harvested, fermented, and bottled right here from our estate orchard.
