WILL WILL WILL ! 🙌🏻 Beyond excited and grateful this came in yesterday

Already in the first 3 pages I've learned a valuable tool for living life told by Will in the form of a story growing up

In short, when he was building a big brick wall as a child.. Will & his brothers were dreading & loathing everyday the task of building a big brick wall for their Dad's shop

They despised it because they focused on the time , energy and almost impossible feat of the entire wall

Their Dad taught them there is no wall there is only brick's 🧱.

"Your job is to lay this brick perfectly. Then move on to the next brick. Then lay that brick perfectly. Then the next one. Don't be worrying about no walls your only concern is ONE BRICK."

Hometown Hinton Loop around the entire Town Complete🏃🏻🏔

There were No Plan B's today..

I wasn't planning a certain distance. I just wanted to explore, adventure and reminisce on memories from growing up🤍

I was focusing on the discipline and excitement to just keep going, to "Go the extra mile"

And another mile

And another mile

And another. Until the mission was complete 👊🏻

I tried a new Glycogen replenishment supplement during the run today and it was a game changer!! 💯 Ignition by helped increase muscle endurance in my legs! Thanks team!

A Hero WOD is a tribute to a fallen member of the military or first responder who died while serving honorably in the line of duty (WOD = workout of the day)

Today's WOD will be an opportunity to reflect on the sacrifices of the fallen – to speak their names and honor their memories

This is named after Lieutenant Andrew Richard Nuttall 🇨🇦 his story is above. we remember him and all others who served in the line of duty.

Majority of schools don't teach or prepare us for things like this

In 2018, a global survey asked over 100,000 people in 15 different countries 3 simple questions about interest, inflation, and risk diversification.

She's has been behind me every step of the way in my life journey. No matter what adversity or challenges I get myself into, she’s always been there. I’ve given her more gray hairs than age ever will 🤍😜

Even when she has her own problems and life to deal with, she puts one foot forward every single day so that I could experience the life I have 🌎 🌍
