Wrapping up 2025 on a high note.

This 2650 Portable Jaw Plant is finished in the shop and ready for delivery—the final large unit to roll out the door this year. A great way to close the chapter on a busy and productive year at Vale Industries.

We’re proud of what our team accomplished in 2025 and even more excited about what’s ahead. 2026 is already shaping up to be full of great projects and opportunities.

👋 Meet the Team – Greg Rathgeber

Greg Rathgeber is our dedicated Material Handler/Forklift Driver, ensuring our production line keeps moving smoothly. After relocating from Regina to Katepwa Lake with his wife to be closer to home, Greg quickly became an integral part of our operations. His daily responsibilities include loading the sand blasting bay with welded parts, managing the paint booth, organizing hopper cones, and keeping the yard neat and orderly.

What makes Greg truly shine is his passion for teamwork. He loves watching raw materials transform through various processes into finished products ready for our customers, and he thrives on the challenges of moving large equipment and loading trucks. Plus, he enjoys working outside—except in the winter!

Outside of work, Greg cherishes time with his family, especially his grandson. He’s also an avid fisherman and hunter, and he even takes winter vacations to Mexico to recharge.
