The Menopause Reset

5 Day Mind & Body Reset

The Psychology Behind Feeling Like Yourself Again

Understand Yourself Through Menopause

Stop wondering what's happening to you—and start understanding why.

Have you found yourself thinking… "I don't feel like myself anymore." You're exhausted, but can't sleep. You're forgetting simple things. Your emotions feel unpredictable. You snap at the people you love and then feel guilty. Your confidence has disappeared. You wonder if you're just stressed… Getting older… Or simply "losing it."

Here's what I want you to know… You're not broken. Your body is changing. Your mind is adapting. And with the right knowledge and support, this chapter can become one of growth instead of confusion.

That's exactly why I created the 5 Day Mind & Body Reset.

This reset isn't about overwhelming you with medical jargon or expecting you to overhaul your entire life overnight.

Instead, we'll explore the emotional, psychological, and lifestyle changes that often come with menopause—and, more importantly, what you can do to support yourself through them.
You will learn to replace fear with understanding, overwhelm with practical tools, and self-criticism with self-compassion.

During this 5 day reset you'll discover:
✔ Why menopause affects far more than just your hormones.
✔ Why anxiety, brain fog, irritability, low motivation, and self doubt are so common.
✔ Simple wellness strategies that support your mind and body.
✔ How stress, sleep, boundaries, and self care influence how you feel every day.
✔ Practical tools to help you regain your confidence, protect your energy, and feel more like yourself again.

What You'll Receive:
✔ Five guided video lessons
✔ A workbook
✔ Daily journal prompts
✔ Action steps you can begin immediately

By the end of the week, you'll walk away with your own personalized Psychology & Wellness Plan to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.

This Challenge Is For You If...
✔ You're experiencing perimenopause or menopause and feel overwhelmed by the changes.
✔ You're tired of feeling like you're constantly surviving each day.
✔ You want practical strategies—not perfection.
✔ You want to better understand both your body and your mind.
✔ You're ready to start putting yourself first without guilt.

This reset is not about becoming someone new.

It's about understanding yourself. Supporting yourself and learning to navigate this season of life with greater confidence, self compassion, and resilience. Menopause isn't the end of who you are. It can be the beginning of becoming the healthiest, strongest, and most authentic version of yourself.

Because when you understand what's happening to your body, your mind, and your emotions, you stop blaming yourself—and start supporting yourself.

From the outside, your life might look like it's holding together. You show up for work. You take care of everyone else. You keep smiling. You get things done. But inside? You're exhausted from constantly questioning yourself.

You replay conversations, wondering if you said the wrong thing. You hesitate before making even simple decisions because you're afraid of getting them wrong. You say "yes" when you desperately want to say "no." You compare yourself to everyone else and somehow always come up short.

You wonder why confidence seems to come so naturally to other women while you're still trying to convince yourself that you're enough.

I know that feeling because I lived it. From the outside, my life looked like it was holding together too. I went to work. I looked after my children. I smiled when I needed to. I kept everything moving. But inside, I was exhausted. Mentally drained. Emotionally overwhelmed.

Looking back now, I realize I was already living in survival mode—I just didn't know it yet.

When you've spent years in an unhealthy environment, surviving starts to feel normal. You become hyperaware of everyone else's moods. You second guess your decisions. You question your own reality. You spend so much energy trying to keep the peace that you forget what peace actually feels like.

Then one day, everything changed.

I watched my 3 year old son push my 5 year old daughter in exactly the same way their father pushed me the night before. I didn’t realize he was watching.

Time stood still. At that moment, I knew this wasn't just affecting me anymore. My children were learning that this was normal. They deserved better and so did I.

That was the moment I made the decision to leave my marriage. Leaving wasn't easy. Once I'd made that decision, my mind wouldn't stop spinning. Did I make the right decision? What if things get worse? How am I going to do this on my own? I replayed conversations over and over again, searching for reassurance that I'd done the right thing. I questioned every decision I made because I didn't trust myself.

Then, slowly, the questions began to change. Instead of asking, "Did I make the right decision?" I started asking, "Why have I spent so many years doubting myself?" That single question changed the direction of my life.

I immersed myself in learning about psychology, human behaviour, trauma, self worth, and the ways our experiences shape how we think, feel, and behave.

What I discovered was life changing. I wasn't simply lacking confidence. I'd learned not to trust myself. Years of criticism. Years of walking on eggshells. Years of putting everyone else's needs before my own. No wonder every decision felt impossible. Understanding that didn't erase the pain overnight. But it did remove the shame.

Instead of blaming myself, I finally understood myself. And when that happened, everything began to change. I stopped looking outside myself for reassurance. I started rebuilding trust in my own thoughts. My own voice. My own decisions.

That journey became the foundation of the work I do today. I don't believe women need someone else to tell them what decisions to make. I believe they need to understand themselves. Because when you understand why you think, feel, and behave the way you do, something shifts. You stop blaming yourself. You recognize old patterns for what they are. You challenge beliefs that were never yours to carry. You rebuild self trust. And from that place, you begin making decisions based on your values instead of your fears. That's where lasting change begins.

If you've spent years people pleasing, overthinking, seeking approval, or feeling like you've somehow lost yourself, I want you to know something.

The problem isn't that you're weak. Or lazy. Or broken. Or incapable. What if you've simply spent years learning to doubt yourself?

The beautiful thing about learned patterns is that they can be unlearned. You can learn to understand yourself. You can rebuild self trust. You can create a life that's guided by your values instead of your fears.

That is the journey I now help women take.

Over the last 15 years, I've combined lived experience with formal education and continued study in psychology, trauma, and human behaviour to better understand why we think, feel, and behave the way we do.

Today, I bring that knowledge—along with my degrees in psychology and social work—into every coaching session.

My approach isn't about fixing you, because I don't believe you're broken. It's about helping you understand yourself more deeply so you can rebuild your self worth, trust your own decisions, and create meaningful, lasting change. Understand yourself. Rebuild self trust. Create lasting change.
