A few client 📸 from last night 😎 Always a blast cooking family style for a great crew of people.

Tempura battered pickerel cheek lollipops served with dill pickle tarter sauce and lemon.

Simple green salad with red wine and shallot vinaigrette, homemade foccacia bread.

23 day wet aged tritip roast served medium rare and medium well with creamy horseradish and chive soubise.

Roasted brussels with bacon, crispy fried onions, hoisin honey mustard.

Roasted yukon mashed potatoes with garlic brown butter crumb.

Finally got around to putting in some work on the Matsubara tall nakiri.

Thinned and polished the bevels, worked out a couple low spots and knocked down them shoulders.
