The Korean Melon is a gem of a find...if ya can find it!! (unfortunately you can’t get it everywhere). It’s like a cross between melon and cucumber. It’s a must try if you’ve never had it...soo delicious!! Easily sweet enough to enjoy it as is, but we like ours best in a blue cheese, walnut, arugula salad 😋

Feeding your body with the best local, organic food is damn important but feeding your mind with positivity is, by far, the healthiest way to look after yourself. Negativity, stress and anxiety have such a negative impact on our bodies physically regardless of how well we eat. Training your mind to think positively is like taking your brain for a good workout at the gym! 🧠💪🏻
