Hey everyone, surprise video today from an operator from Chile who is enjoying the Cypress measuring system, processing eucalyptus through his Rebel head.

For those of you wondering about the measuring system and curious about how it works, this is a nice video showing good work flows.

The cypress system can fit onto any harvester brand and provide you with a reliable platform. You don’t need to struggle with windows errors with this system because it doesn’t even use windows. If your system is failing, buggy, or just too complicated, this is the solution. In its 6th generation now it’s very stable, reliable and well supported. 450+ systems running harvesters worldwide. Simple installation and prebuilt wire harnesses ready to go for most popular brands. Contact us to talk about installing a cypress system in your machine.

Credits to Aquiles for providing his homemade video.

This package could be a fit for thinning, fire mitigation, post and pole work, or ranching. We can put another package together for you, and larger options are available.

The Rocky Mountain team can help you find a Case + Kesla setup for thinning and fire mitigation work. This package also includes a mulcher head, giving it more ways to tackle the job.

It features the Cypress Robotics measuring system, which can run multiple attachments and control the Kesla harvester. We’re excited to see it get to work!

Small machine, big fun! 🌲 We had a great time building this compact harvester package: a Case 60 paired with a Kesla 14RH-II.

A big shoutout to Rocky Mountain Equipment in Alberta, Canada, for purchasing the Kesla harvester from Axis Forestry. This setup can feed wood up to 10 inches in diameter, making it a great fit for small ranch work.

It also features a Cypress Robotics controller—the same one that operates the largest high-production harvester heads. Small package, serious capability!

Harvester heads take a beating — but some components tend to show wear before others.
Wayne breaks down what we typically notice first as a harvester head wears, and why those wear points matter.
