Ideas are only the beginning. Innovation requires discipline across the full cycle: from framing the opportunity and testing its value to scaling what works and governing the portfolio behind it.
Missing one of these stages can result in promising ideas stalling in pilot purgatory or becoming Innovation Theatre. Plenty of activity, very little meaningful change.
