Most organizations don’t actually have a technology problem.
They have an adoption problem.
Recently, Isabelle Perreault sat down with Jean-Francois Champagne, CAE, AAiP for a thoughtful conversation on innovation, governance, change, and what it really takes for organizations to modernize successfully.
One theme came up again and again: technology is rarely the hardest part. The bigger challenge is helping people navigate change while keeping teams aligned, engaged, and connected to the mission.
The conversation explored:
• Why modernization efforts often stall
• What good governance looks like during transformation
• Why innovation is more about discipline and culture than flashy ideas
• How leaders can build resilient organizations that embrace change instead of resisting it
Thank you, Jean-François, for such an insightful discussion.
Stay tuned for snapshots and key insights from the conversation.
