Tonight was my 6th event in 7 nights.

I had the pleasure of catering a Japanese themed 'family style' menu in McKinley Beach. It was an 8 course menu that included items like tempura prawns, gyoza, sticky ribs, miso glazed Japanese eggplant and teriyaki skewers.

It's unbelievable that this is the 1st time anyone has asked me to cook Japanese.

Last night I had the pleasure of catering a 25th wedding anniversary. The lovely couple even renewed their vows. It was definitely a spectacular evening with amazing guests. Everyone was so polite and I appreciated all of the compliments.

This evening I had the pleasure of catering a beautiful wedding at the ShyLynn Ranch. It was a perfect day for their celebration and the room was definitely filled with their closest friends and family.

The venue is spectacular and their staff were exceptional and helpful. Thank you to my team Mitchell Petersen and Jessica Jewels. There were definitely lots of laughs and of course, spectacular service to match the food.

This is my evening!

Tonight I have the pleasure of catering an intimate, small wedding in downtown Kelowna. The wedding party have been nothing but fun and polite.

Jerk Chicken, Wild Sockeye Salmon & Prawns, some Salads and other treats are on the menu.

Tonight I had the pleasure of catering the annual tradition of the Ukrainian Dolyna Dance event at the Rutland Centennial Hall. This was my 3rd year catering this event. I appreciated all of the compliments that were received tonight. It's always a pleasure to be invited to cook for the Kelowna Ukrainian community.
