Congratulations on your beautiful wedding at La Casa Lakeside Resort. Today was a beautiful fall day in the Okanagan and it was truly a pleasure to have been asked to cater your special day. It's always wonderful when the room is full of gracious and kind guests.

Wishing you and your beautiful wife all the best moving forward 😊❤️.

This evening I had the pleasure of catering for the Kelowna Riding Club as they hosted their Harvest Long Table dinner/fundraiser.

After their original Denim & Diamonds event had to be cancelled in the summer due to the crazy wild fire season, it was great to be able to celebrate the end of summer with a group of wonderful people while supporting a local business and great cause.

Tonight was my 6th event in 7 nights.

I had the pleasure of catering a Japanese themed 'family style' menu in McKinley Beach. It was an 8 course menu that included items like tempura prawns, gyoza, sticky ribs, miso glazed Japanese eggplant and teriyaki skewers.

It's unbelievable that this is the 1st time anyone has asked me to cook Japanese.

Last night I had the pleasure of catering a 25th wedding anniversary. The lovely couple even renewed their vows. It was definitely a spectacular evening with amazing guests. Everyone was so polite and I appreciated all of the compliments.

Thanks for asking me to cater another graduation dinner this evening. It's always a pleasure catering for you and your family. I also appreciated everyone helping me clean up. It was the easiest event so far this year.

The Prime Rib dinner is one of my favorites 🙂.

This evening I had the pleasure of catering a beautiful wedding at the ShyLynn Ranch. It was a perfect day for their celebration and the room was definitely filled with their closest friends and family.

The venue is spectacular and their staff were exceptional and helpful. Thank you to my team Mitchell Petersen and Jessica Jewels. There were definitely lots of laughs and of course, spectacular service to match the food.
