As I am finding myself shifting in my gratitude and ways of work, I found myself more and more listening to my inner calling.
✨ A year ago, I had my first season as a Wedding Celebrant, as an alumnus of the International Celebrant Foundation and Institute, and what was meant to be a side-gig turned out to take over as an “almost” full-time occupation and pushed my work as a leadership developer aside.
I love working with people.
Meeting different individuals with different stories, values, and backgrounds.
I love to learn about people's history.
✨ Learning and growing, embracing change, have always been values of my identity. (Otherwise, I wouldn't have moved across continents TWICE in my life...😉)
✨ I am still helping ambitious (first-time) leaders in the development of their mindset, perception, and leadership in life and work.
So, no matter the flow, I will still be there for my private (returning) clients and have a few spots for new clients.
I am just letting my intuition and life's plan take over to let me be in the right spot at the right time as it proved to do last year and counting.
✨ My love for human beings and my curiosity to learn about them and HOW I can help, will always keep me on this track.
✨ The main focus slightly shifted from helping (new) leaders grow, understanding the power of empathy, and finding their right work environment approach, to helping people mark and celebrating meaningful milestones in their lives, telling their stories as a wedding officiant, also at welcomings, other life-changing circumstances, celebrations of life and remembrance events as a Life-Cycle Celebrant.
Not only by the “authority vested in me”, but by the power of my heart.
My loving and appreciated clients proved it right.
