If your “convenient” meal kit still takes 45 minutes to make… we need to talk. 😅

I sat down with Lani Stroder, founder of Lani’s Kitchen, to unpack what it really takes to feed a busy family wholesome, scratch-made food without losing your mind.

We get into the invisible mental load of feeding a family, what may be triggering gut issues and eczema, why kids’ menus are packed with processed filler, and the reality of building a family business with her teenagers working beside her in the kitchen.

This episode will change the way you think about convenience food.

If you know a someone who would benefit from a ready made meal share this with them. Let’s support local together ❤️

Stop treating your feminine like it’s a weakness.

We’ve been taught that being soft means being fragile.

But water is soft.

It holds you.
It nourishes you.
It gives life.

And when it decides to…

It can move mountains and reshape entire landscapes.

So why do so many women feel like they have to live in their masculine just to survive?

In this episode of Let’s Not Sugarcoat It, we dive into what happens when your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, why so many women live in constant “doing,” and how healing isn’t just about talking… it’s about coming back to your body.

They told us your best years for love were in your 20s and 30s.

What if they were wrong?

This week on Let’s Not Sugarcoat It, relationship coach and author Sandy Weiner joins us for a raw conversation about love, dating and marriage after 40.

We talk about why so many women hit midlife ready for their “second act” while their partners may be ready to slow down.

Why being lonely inside a relationship can feel worse than actually being alone.

Why dating yourself first changes who you choose next.

And why staying because you’re afraid of starting over may be costing you more than leaving ever could.

Whether you’re single, divorced, dating again, or quietly wondering “Is this really what I want for the rest of my life?” — this episode is for you.

Resilience or numbness? They can look almost identical.

Have you ever told yourself, “I’m fine,” when you really weren’t?

One of the biggest misconceptions we unpack in this episode is the difference between resilience and emotional numbness.
Because they’re not the same.

One helps you heal.
The other helps you survive.

And if you’ve been living in survival mode for a long time, it can be hard to tell the difference.

This conversation challenged the way we think about strength, healing, and what resilience actually looks like.
