What we’re looking for:
• Skid steer and/or front-end loader experience required
• Snow removal experience is an asset
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must have a valid driver’s licence
• Living in Big White preferred
• Must be available for an immediate start
• Early morning starts — full-time hours, schedule varies based on snowfall

BWB Services is now hiring full time snow shovelers for the upcoming 2025-26 winter season at Big White Ski Resort!

We’re looking for reliable, energetic and motivated snow shovelers to join our team. You can expect to work hard and play hard. The hours will be unpredictable due to Mother Nature controlling our schedule. Be prepared to work a lot, or a little, depending on the snowfall.

✅ Labour experience required
✅ Physically demanding outdoor role
✅ Early morning starts (usually 7am)
✅ Weather-based schedule with plenty of shift flexibility
✅ Staff accommodation included (true ski in ski out village location)
✅ Wages start at $24/hr + incentives
✅ Regular team dinners & events

This is a great opportunity for those who love being outdoors, enjoy labouring, and those who want to be part of a fun, hardworking crew.

Welcome to BWB Services new page!

The acronym BWB stands for Big White Bobcats. This business has been operating at Big White Mountain since 2003 and we have just recently taken over ownership on 1st October 2022.

So, who are we?
We are Reuben and Vikki, a local snowboard-loving couple who’ve been living and working at Big White for the past 7 years. We know the mountain and the business extremely well as we have been working for the company for the past 3 years. We are super excited to run our own business and provide the best quality snow removal services to our valued clients.

We provide residential and commercial snow removal services, including hand shovelling and machine clearing using our John Deere Loader and Skid Steer. We take great pride in the quality of our work and keeping our customers happy.
