I am so excited to start taking orders again, with the uncertainty of Covid the last 2 years I made the decision to stick to as few cakes as possible.

Today I made eclairs. Never having one previous to this made is difficult to know whether it was done well or not. So I brought a few to one a friend of mine, who told me I ! Comment more things for me to experiment with! 👇🏾👇🏾

Haven’t had a cake order in a while so I tried my hand at French Macarons. To say these were delicious was a huge understatement. 😍😍

For once, someone needs to save me from my own baking!!

These were a cotton candy shell with a strawberry buttercream filling.

Don’t be fooled. Black buttercream is quite simply the hardest color to master.

But seriously. These colours together 😍😍😍 the black is so elegant. Not often you get to work with black but I’m thankful I got to 🥰

I was asked to make 200 mini cupcakes with less then 3 days notice. Challenge accepted and I raise you some of the most stunning cupcakes I have made 😍😍

These cupcakes were made in 7 flavours including vanilla, chocolate, lemon, birthday cake, bubblegum (these went fast) caramel, and red velvet.
