Hello all, just wanted to post a message about what’s happening in the appraisal business. We are completing a modified full service appraisal without interior inspections. We are here in these trying times to maintain a high level of service while keep long our staff and homeowners safe. Nearly all lenders are accepting this form of appraisal during this pandemic. Please feel free to contact the office and we would be happy to discuss the temporary “new normal” for your lending needs. We would ask that you call prior to visiting the office to ensure someone is there. And please knock before entering and someone will answer the door for you. Please stay safe, stay healthy, and stay inside. We will get through this together hopefully sooner than later. #6🦶

To our valued clients....it has come to our attention that a competitor has been saying that Corrie Appraisals Ltd no longer exists and they have bought us out. I want to clearly state that Corrie Appraisals Ltd IS IN FACT still operating HAS NOT been bought out and WILL CONTINUE to serve you our loyal clients as we have for the past 30 years. In fact Corrie Appraisals Ltd is expanding and growing with offices in Salmon Arm, Vernon and West Kelowna to assist and serve our clients throughout the entire South Okanagan, Central Okanagan, North Okanagan and Shuswap.
