Posting our Airbnb win 🎉

We posted this place exactly 1 week ago and already

have 46 days booked! The location is prime (lakeshore) with brand new interior and is in Caban so guests get access to a lot of amenities. This combo is doing work.

We’re finding the demand in Kelowna this summer to be HOT 🔥 there’s so much room for STR success right now, genuinely excited for everyone crushing it.

This luxury home was originally built with 6 bedrooms but due to STR laws we had to block off 3 bedrooms so the space is HUGE! It’s a brand new build, ideal for family’s, golf weekends, and mature groups of friends.
All bedrooms have a walk in closet and their own private bathroom. Two bedrooms have their own private balcony overlooking the valley.

How our 20% hosting fee works:

The 20% is calculated from your net profit (NOT REVENUE)
If guests pay $4200 and your take home is $3700 the hosting % fee is calculated from $3700 not $4200.

We have heard of companies taking their % from the revenue before cleaning fees and platform fees. That is absurd. I built this business with the intention that I want to be the company I’d personally hire to host my properties.
