Today 60+ company owners representing Bc HVAC/P companies who serve home owners and businesses by supporting them with plumbing, gas, and refrigeration came together to make the industry better
In our AGM we discussed education for the next generation, impact on our communities, collaboration efforts and education initiatives.
Early in life I used to believe people who were in my same industry were competitors… advisories… enemies…. Now I’ve learned different
Actually our president Chad Paton from Paton Plumbing Worx Inc work said it best today “when you have a problem ask someone who’s smarter than you about it”
That’s what we do
At the BCPHA we celebrate that we’re all uniquely experienced and gifted and we share our gifts with eachother and our community
We’re not perfect, but together we’re better
We help eachother with rebates, marketing, tech support and advice. We share work and resources and truly have incredible friendships that will last a lifetime!
As someone who serves these epic men and women who is not “one” Of the plumbers/HVAC professionals I can say whole heartedly… if your plumber, hvac company or heat pump technician is a BCPHA member - you did good!
They care about their customers, their families, their relationships and the quality of their work more than any other group of hvac/p professionals I have ever encountered in the industry
When I surround myself with greatness I get inspired. Today On my way! Beyond inspired
I took pages of notes for things I learned and can implement, tomorrow!
Plus had lots of belly laughs and core memories locked in
