We're hiring! ✈️ We're looking for an Embedded Software Systems Engineer who will be responsible for the design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of software running on our very own avionics systems in commercial and military aircraft platforms.

A typical day looks like:
➡️ Working with fellow embedded software engineers on complex products
➡️ Identifying and solving technical and/or programmatic problems
➡️ Working with hardware engineers, system engineers, test engineers, and Transport Canada delegates to design, develop, implement, validate, and verify new avionics products
➡️ Maintaining embedded software for current products, including adding new features and functionality

SKYTRAC is hiring! ✈️ We are looking for a Design Approval Organization (DAO) Manager to lead a team of Avionics and Structural design engineers.

A typical day looks like:
➡️ Manage project engineer team, drive efficiencies, and productivity within the SKYTRAC DAO.
➡️ Drive project schedules and ensure project engineers are engaged, focused, and remain on task.
➡️ Manage, prioritize and when required conduct aircraft level design and airworthiness activities as well as all appliance level airworthiness activities.
➡️ Oversee and contribute to the preparation of all necessary documentation, such as specifications, drawings, functional tests, and reports.
➡️ Oversee the Project Management of STC’s, TSO’s, airworthiness and aircraft level activities.

From America's West Coast to the Greek Islands, with the weather, vegetation, water sources, and language differences, the techniques for combating fires differ noticeably.
