Servpro was great ! I had some mold in our attic that was prior some renovations that corrected the problem however some mold and black wood was visible i some areas. The work was done the next day I called and it looks like the installed new wood ! I can't beleive the difference. Servpro was in and out the same day at a reasonable price. We sold our house with the condition to correct the attic area and thanks to their speed and outcome, the deal closed today after inspection. And special thanks to Steve for your great service and follow through !

After doing more research and reading every google review, we decided to have Doug from Servpro out to give us a quote. Within the first 5 min of talking to him, we knew he was our guy. He was kind, honest, humble, professional, knowledgable and most importantly trust worthy. Today he completed our remediation and wow, we are so happy with his work and service. FIRE RETARDANT CLEANUP

If firefighters and aircraft were working to protect your neighbourhood, your property may have been exposed to wildfire retardant—even if your home was spared from the flames.

During the response to the Bald Range wildfire, BC Wildfire Service reported the use of aviation resources as crews worked to protect communities and structures. With multiple major fires continuing across the Okanagan, many homeowners may begin returning to properties with red or pink retardant residue on exterior surfaces.

WILDFIRE SMOKE — Cleaning & Restoration

Your home doesn't have to burn to be affected by a wildfire.

As fires continue across the Okanagan and Interior B.C., smoke from incidents including the Bald Range, Bradley Creek and Quilpituk Creek wildfires has affected communities well beyond the immediate fire perimeter. Southern and Central B.C. have also been experiencing significant wildfire-smoke and air-quality impacts.

Wildfire smoke is more than the smell of burning trees.

When homes, vehicles, roofing, plastics, treated materials and household contents burn, smoke can carry extremely fine particles and combustion residue. Those particles can enter a home through HVAC systems, attic vents, windows, doors, garages and other openings.

That doesn't mean every home requires professional restoration.

It means homeowners should make decisions based on what is actually present inside their property.

After returning home, watch for:

• Persistent smoke odours
• Ash or soot on indoor surfaces
• Residue around vents, windows or doors
• Heavy contamination on HVAC filters
