This week Shannon is attending the Coworking Canada Conference in Montreal to bring knowledge and expertise back to Kemptville.

Looking for volunteers for this amazing program!

🍽️ **COMMUNITY MEALS NEEDS A FEW MORE HELPING HANDS!** 💚

Our Tuesday dinners are growing, and we could use some extra help getting meals to the Armoury and cleaning up afterward!

🚚 **MEAL TRANSPORT | 3:15–4:15 PM**
- Help load, transport and unload meals and equipment from 200 Sanders St. (Lower Level) to the Armoury.
- A truck, large SUV or van is ideal.
- Some heavy lifting is required.

🧽 **TEAR-DOWN & CLEANUP | 6:30–8:30 PM**
- Pack up and transport dirty dishes, pans and equipment back to the kitchen.
- Help with dishwashing and putting everything away.
- A larger vehicle is needed.

💚 **Can't help every week? No problem!** Even once or twice a month would make a BIG difference. Weekly help is wonderful, too!
