RABBIT joins "A MOST CURIOUS TEA PARTY"
Rabbit, aka Fiona Mahon joined the party with the Art in Motion Portrait and Figure Artists Group Group atelier on Tuesday.
At last the final character posed for this painting, 20 years in the making. Alice aka Penny posed 15-20 years ago, then the painting waited patiently in storage till the Mad Hatter aka Fiona Mahon made an appearance, followed by her Rabbit costume a week later.

BIRCH BARK SERIES

This was one of my first forays into birch bark work.
It took a few hours of scratching and discovering before it was finally ready for show. This old, antique frame was discovered

"TRANSITION"

The last work today of the "End of Day" series.

There was a lot of spent paint needing to be knifed onto canvas mounted boards today. All the palettes are now clean and ready for the new portraits and landscapes scheduled for this week.
