Settle in Dining We are a personalized, in-home dining service, where a personal chef will come to your home and prepare a customized menu for you and your guests. Hello diners!

My name is Bradley Settle and I am here to create a personalized dining service for you and your friends working with a customized menu tailored to your specific needs using fresh local ingredients. I am a trained chef with over 13 years in the industry and have a diploma in Culinary Arts from a 2 year program, as well as a Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts from a 1 year program. I initially s

tarted in the industry as a dishwasher and worked my way up from there. I have had the joy of travelling the world with my cooking and have learned from some great chefs in places such as the Yukon and in the south of France. Wether you are looking for a laid back dining approach where I take care of the cooking and the cleaning, or if you are looking for a more hands on experience, I will be able to tailor your event to your needs. I look forward to making your special evening fun and exciting.

Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Chef Gilles Moreau for his wonderful hospitality during the past week. I had the amazing opportunity to pick his brain a little bit and to learn a few things from him at Hôtel Restaurant Gilles Moreau in Laguiole, France. Braised oxtail & mascarpone mousse stuffed ravioli
served w/ roasted tomato petals & a tomato coulis

A piece of pan fried halibut
served w/ butter poached potato & fried shimeji mushrooms
atop a braised white bean and pork belly cassoulet
w/ a mushroom demi

An old Fashioned ginger bread topped w/ a
spiced caramel chiboust & crisp pistachio almond florentine,
served with a blueberry rum sauce
garnished w/ a pistachio dust
