Hi, As an ex-IBM trainer, I would like you to review my free Coping Skills recording. I recorded it to give it to a new sharing group which formed due to the Covid 19 situation.

I recently watched when Dr. Daniel Amen spoke about coping skills on television. What Dr. Amen said proved to me that my message is extremely relevant today. My undergrad degree is in Psychology and I have a lot of experience in teaching Emotional Intelligence. We went to the Buddy Holly Story at the Thousand Islands Playhouse and IT WAS AMAZING. I plays until June 31 I believe and you will love it if you go. Made me feel 16 yra old again.

Hi, I am overdue to share something as my life has been hectic. I just tried my newest assessment and I am over the moon to say the least. It measures our behaviours, 12 driving forces (primary motivation) and our emotional intelligence skills. It is amazing.
