Sometimes you see someone smiling, happy, and content, and you assume Allah hasn’t tested them.

But you don’t know the battles they fought in silence, the tears they cried in sujood, or how many times they had to pick themselves back up and say, “Alhamdulillah.” 🤲🏽❤️

A smile doesn’t mean a life without tests.

Sometimes, that smile belongs to someone who has been tested deeply but learned to trust Allah even deeper.

Never mistake someone’s peace for an easy life. Their peace may be the result of strong Tawakkul. ✨

STOP trying to motivate your team with your words.
INSPIRE them with your actions. 🔥

One of the biggest things I’ve learned throughout my business journey is this:

People don’t always need another motivational speech.

They need to SEE what’s possible.

They need to see me showing up when things are going great—and when they’re not.

They need to see me doing the same things I’m asking them to do.

Consistency.
Commitment.
Integrity.
Work ethic.
Leadership.

I can tell my team to believe in themselves all day long…

But when they watch me continue to learn, grow, work, serve, and lead from the front, something different happens.

They start believing they can do it too. 🙌🏽

That’s leadership.

I will never ask my team to go somewhere I’m not willing to go first.

I won’t tell them to do the work while I sit on the sidelines.

And I can’t expect their fire to burn brighter than mine. 🔥

Nearly 5 years into this journey, I’m still showing up.

Still learning.
Still growing.
Still doing the work.
Still supporting.
Still leading from the front.

Because I’ve learned that the most powerful way to inspire people has very little to do with what I SAY…

Some people don’t just come into your life… they leave a mark on your heart and change the way you see yourself. ❤️

Over the past almost 5 years in this business, Alhamdulillah, I’ve met so many incredible people. But every once in a while, Allah places someone in your path who impacts you in a way that’s hard to put into words.

For me, that person is Rawan Radwan. ❤️

Rawan Radwan Rawan is our Elite Coach, my business partner, my life coach, my role model—and someone who holds such a special place in my heart.

She is truly one of those rare human beings who is beautiful from the inside out. Pure heart. Powerful mind. Incredible leader.

I look up to her so much. I follow her footsteps, and in so many ways, I see the woman I am becoming when I look at her.

My one-on-one sessions with Rawan have transformed me beyond business. She challenged the way I think. She helped me see myself differently. She reminded me of the power I already carried and helped me take my power back.

And I will never forget San Diego last year. After I received my award at our global convention, Rawan came running toward me, hugged me so tightly and told me how proud she was of me. 🥹❤️

That moment stayed with me.

Because imagine someone you admire… someone you look up to… someone whose footsteps you’ve been following… looking at YOU and saying, “I’m proud of you.”

Some moments are bigger than an award. ❤️

And now, InshaAllah, in just over a week, I’ll finally be with her again in Calgary for the huge event she is hosting—and I’m so honoured and excited to be part of it.
