Our technicians bring expertise in hardware upgrades, custom builds, virus and malware removal, troubleshooting, PC tune-ups & more. At present, our web site is still under construction. We are making an effort to present you with our entire spectrum of offers as soon as possible. At this point we can provide you with a Microsoft and CompTIA certified professional who can review your computer repair needs in your home. (extra fees may apply) We can instruct you how to begin a remote session with a qualified technician to troubleshoot some issues. (active internet connection and a “working” computer is necessary). Or if you feel like going for a walk, ride, or drive you can drop your computer off at our place where we are capable of repairing all makes and models of computers. We have even been known to breathe life back into Apple's mac based hardware for a fraction of the price and 110% more customer service than the "other guys". We are located in the "fairway" area of Kitchener / Waterloo. For your entire computer repair needs -please feel free to contact us via email, phone or dropping by – (call first as our techs might be on the road). So if you would prefer to be treated like a person who needs help instead of a bank machine - why not give "the service desk" a try! - try us once, and you will keep us forever!
