FMS Tip: Expelling Device

Not sure if your expelling device is working properly? There are a couple of simple ways to test it.
Use the test menu to check the device’s reaction, or hang the weight over the gate and look for the small electrical sparks between the weight and the gate.
A quick test can help confirm everything is working as it should.

Mellowdale Project Update

The framing is officially finished on this new 57,000 sq. ft. SKOV-SECCO cross-ventilated dairy barn, designed to house 7 Lely milking robots.

With 10 guys. 505 trusses. 5,000 2x4s. 3 scissor lifts. 3 man baskets. 2 telehandlers. 1 crane; the roof and trusses were completed in only 4 days!

A massive effort by Arco Building Industries to get this stage across the finish line.

There’s still a lot of work ahead, but it’s pretty exciting to see the vision starting to take shape.

FMS Tip: Jetter Cups

Something to check when you’re troubleshooting cleaning issues is your Jetter Cup Calibration. If the cups aren’t positioned correctly, they can pull in air during the main wash and affect cleaning. A quick calibration can help get them back where they need to be.
