My Current 3D Printing Studio Setup - May 2026

It only takes one 3D printer to take you toward your desired goal. Think about how to grow, not just what to print.

I forsee my setup will evolve again this year so I thought id share what it is currently.

My main room is primarily where I do most of my production, but that will change later this year. Ill be shifting my second room into more of the production center with my main room as more of a content studio with specific printers for prototyping within it.

PRO TIP: Dry your filament!

If you're running a print farm or 3D business, you likely will need to dry multiple filaments at a time - I sure do!

The Sunlu S4 Filament Dryer helps keep my filament dry so i can give customers high quality products. It works for PLA, TPU, PETG, Nylon, ABS, ASA, PC with tempatures going to 70 deg C!

This Filament dryer can hold FOUR (4) 1kg spools OR fits 3-5kg spools with a minor modification that is well documented. This personally was the feature that got me as I wanted to be able to dry out large spools and there aren't many good options beyond this.

Its super easy to use and I HIGHLY recommend this for 3D businesses and print farms, or hobbyists moving in that direction. This S4 combined with the Sunlu S2 gives me flexibility to dry different Filament types simultaneously when orders and custom projects are in my workflow. ...it makes much easier...

To get high quality results with filaments like PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon and more you MUST dry your filaments!

The Sunlu S2 is by far the best single spool filament dryer on the market because it actually drys your spools AND it goes up to 70 Celsius for Nylon - which many others dont cover this temperature! This is the only dryer you need to cover all materials and it does a great job everytime. I love that it has an automatic timer too! Its easy to use and even has openings to print while keeping your filament dry inside!

I've tried other filament dryers and some of them don't actually correctly dry, which is really unfortunate. Don't waste your time with anything else! Get this filament dryer for all your filament drying needs!

I went to see the new Mortal Kombat II and it was incredible!! Definitely an improvement from the first of the reboot. MK fans will love it!
