A recent functional Nylon part reinforced with Carbon fiber (PAHT-CF) total length of 10.5 inches.

🌀Material: Bambu Lab PAHT-CF with ABS support interface

Nylon with CF has a very specific texture to it and can be difficult to work with. It requires thorough drying before printing and high print temperatures. This simple looking part required some internal support - but to be sure it didn't weld itself to the inside I used ABS as a support interface material.
This worked alright, not as seamless as I hoped. There was ABS stuck to the nylon once finished. However a bit of acetone helped clear up the ABS!
