As another harvest draws to a close, we invite you to join us at Peak Cellars for our annual Harvest Dinner. We welcome you for an intimate five-course long-table evening celebrating the bounty of fall.
This year marks the first opportunity to meet Samira Chmani, our new Head Chef at the Garden Bistro, as she presents a menu inspired by the season, with each course thoughtfully paired by W**emaker Stephanie Stanley.
Throughout the evening, Samira and Stephanie will share the stories behind each dish and pour offering a closer look at the connection between vineyard, garden, kitchen and cellar.

A seasonal progression of stracciatella with Canadian Harmony peaches, West Coast steelhead salmon with summer green ragout and citrus beurre blanc, and vanilla cheesecake with summer fruit, each thoughtfully paired with a selection of Peak Cellars w**es.
Including the newly released 2025 Skin Kissed Pinot Gris.
