Most catalytic converters have a ceramic filter coated in PGM (platinum group metals, like palladium)

Which requires finding a PPM code to check the recycling value of its PGM recipe

Occasionally, you will run into stainless steel filters, which tend to be valued by the pound

Then by providing this value to the market, money is a byproduct that comes and helps us do it.

People are underpaid on their material for 2 reasons ;

A lack of knowledge in the buyer and / or seller.

When sellers are underpaid, it’s usually because of a lack of knowledge

Either in the seller to protect themselves from XYZ, or even in the buyer missing things that could have on the spot improved estimated payout
