Seeking Dump Truck Operator/Labourer**
**As a small company, this individual will be performing many different tasks throughout the day, not just operating the dump truck all day. Varying from operating the dump truck to manual labour including raking, packing, assisting with building rock walls/landscaping, spreading & moving materials by hand, etc.**
Requirements:
-Valid DZ License to Operate a Tandem or Triaxle Dump Truck (AZ an Asset)
-3 years minimum Operating a Dump Truck
-Clean Driver’s Abstract
Job Duties (not limited to):
-Mobilize equipment and material from site to site
-Transport aggregates and materials
-Move construction equipment and floats
-Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks
-Area of work experience including trenching, raking, material handling, residential excavation, land clearing, demolition, backfilling, stumping, building rock walls/landscaping, etc.
-Performing manual labour to complete tasks
-Working knowledge with reading plans and understanding of grades
-Use the appropriate Health and Safety equipment at all times. Proper work clothing and safety gear (PPE) is required on all job sites (boots, hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
-Responsible for documenting in a log book for legislated equipment
-Heavy Equipment load, unloading, securement and mobilization (if certified)
