🔧 **“You fixed one problem. Why is my appliance STILL not working?”**

It’s a fair question, and there’s an important reason this can sometimes happen.

One failed part can actually **hide another problem**.

For example, imagine a refrigerator with a failed control board. The fridge can’t operate properly, so the technician may not be able to test everything else.
