HIRING
One Paint Prepper is needed. The right candidate will take an active role supporting our aircraft MRO facility. An outgoing, personable individual looking for a long-term position, motivated to succeed and make a difference in our company.

Responsibilities:
Report to the Production Manager and Painter.
Set up, organize, clean and maintain the paint booth and equipment for functionality and efficiency.
Prepare part surfaces for painting by cleaning, stripping, blasting or sanding and pre-treating surfaces.
Mask, tape, and prepare areas for paint.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Maintain paint supply inventory and equipment.
Other duties will include shop support where required.

Requirements:
Preference given to those with experience Paint Prepping.
Clear communication skills.
Fast learning.
Work independently.
Follow instructions to the letter.
Attention to detail !!
Reliable.
Punctual.
Work in accordance with Health and Safety policies.
Criminal record check

Fast-paced.
Repetitive tasks.

Odors.
Dust.
Physically demanding, heavy lifting.
Hand-eye co-ordination.
Standing for extended periods.
