We're thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey towards unlocking the potential of Leopard Lake! 🚀 Our latest exploration efforts have unveiled promising grades, with results showing up to 39 g/t Au over 1.12 m. But that's not all – recent drill holes near the Lacoma shaft have revealed impressive findings too, including 1.56 g/t Au over 14.75 m. 🌟
We're also thrilled to share that we've entered into Acquisition Agreements, marking a strategic move forward. As per the terms, we'll issue five million common shares and pay $50,000 in cash to the Vendors. The closing of this Acquisition is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals. 📝
Upon completion, certain claims within the Property will be subject to net smelter returns royalties. However, we have options in place to repurchase these royalties, ensuring maximum flexibility moving forward. 💼
