The Crew Matters ⚓️

When plans change, everyone needs to communicate, stay calm, and pull their weight.

On the E8 maiden voyage, weather changed, timelines shifted, and we had to make decisions on the fly. That’s when you realize it’s not just about the boat or the person at the helm—it’s about everyone on board.

Because when the water gets rough, you don’t need a perfect crew. You need a crew that works together. 🌊

Weather changed. Water got rough. AI let us down. (Seriously… be careful when using AI to plan a boat trip 😅). Timelines changed. We even ran out of food.

More than once, we had to think on our feet and throw the plan to the wind. 🍃

But without a plan… it would have been so much worse.

A plan gives you a starting point. It gives you options, keeps everyone moving in the same direction, and gives you something to work from when reality decides to rewrite the itinerary.

You need a plan. You just need to be ready to adapt when the water, the weather—or reality—decides otherwise.

And … those unexpected moments became some of the best parts of the trip. 🦅🌊
