Depol Contracting Ltd is looking for a reliable, hard-working teammates in the Nanaimo / Central Vancouver Island area!

We are growing quickly and are looking for the right individual that wants to be part of our team and company growth.

We run quality equipment and take pride in building high-end landscape construction projects throughout Vancouver Island.

What you’ll do:

• Install paver patios, walkways & driveways
• Build retaining walls, stairs & fencing
• Assist with excavation, grading & material prep
• Operate skid steers, excavators & compact equipment
• Work on a tight crew building high-quality projects

What we are looking for:

• Hardscape and landscape construction experience
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic & positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Equipment experience is an asset

What we offer:

• Competitive pay + overtime
• $25–$35/hr depending on experience
• Full-time steady work

We didn’t showcase this project nearly enough.

This summer, we completed a full outdoor transformation in The Foothills in Lantzville, turning a bare space into a true outdoor oasis.

The scope of work included new retaining walls, paver patios, planting, irrigation, fence installation, and several custom finishing details throughout the property.

This was a challenging build with limited access down multiple flights of stairs, but our crew delivered exceptional results from start to finish.
