L’amour se vit aussi au travail 💗
À la Saint-Valentin, on parle souvent d’amour… mais chez StéZen, on célèbre aussi l’amitié, la confiance et le bonheur d’être bien entourées au travail.
Parce qu’aimer ce qu’on fait et avec qui on le fait, ça apporte énormément d’amour dans nos vies au quotidien.
Depuis 2025, l’équipe StéZen est passée de 2 à 7 et chacune apporte sa couleur et sa force :
🔥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐧, 𝐋𝐚 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 : Énergique, drôle et rapide, elle a un don pour le home staging afin de mettre votre intérieur en valeur.
🧠 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐣𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞, 𝐋’𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 : Observatrice, minutieuse et empathique. Son expérience en design de mobilier rend chaque aménagement aussi beau que fonctionnel.
🤍 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚, 𝐋𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐚 : Chaleureuse et attentionnée, elle prend soin des autres. Redoutable en désencombrement, elle dit les vraies choses… même pour les chaussettes trouées.
👁️ 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞, 𝐋𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞 : Elle veut que tout soit impeccable avant la fin de la journée. Sociable et attentive aux clients, elle ne laisse rien au hasard.
💪 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚, 𝐋𝐚 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐧é𝐞 : Shana est toujours partante pour aider, surtout quand il faut passer à l’action et mettre de la force. À l’écoute et désireuse d’apprendre, elle met aussi à profit son expérience en construction.
🤫 𝐂𝐡𝐥𝐨é, 𝐋𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐫è𝐭𝐞 : Silencieuse mais redoutablement efficace, elle apprend vite et poursuit actuellement ses études. En plus, c’est une sportive, donc elle est en pleine forme !
👑 𝐒𝐭é𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞, 𝐋𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐮𝐬𝐞 : Le pilier de StéZen. Visionnaire pour transformer vos espaces, elle a le compas dans l'oeil. Elle coordonne, soutient l’équipe et veille à chaque détail de vos projets.
Presque tous nos prénoms commencent par M… mais surtout, nous partageons les mêmes valeurs 💚 Notre complémentarité fait notre force! Se sentir appréciées et être passionnées par ce qu’on fait, c’est aussi ça… créer plus d’amour dans nos vies et dans celles de nos clients. ✨

🧠 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐣𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐧𝐞 : Observant, detail-oriented, and empathetic. Her background in furniture design makes every layout both beautiful and functional.
🤍 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐚 : Warm and caring, she truly looks after others. A decluttering pro, she tells it like it is… even about those holey socks.
👁️ 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭 : She wants everything flawless by the end of the day. She connects easily with clients and pays attention to every detail.
💪 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚, 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : Shana is always ready to help, especially when it’s time to roll up her sleeves and put her strength to work. Attentive and eager to learn, she also brings valuable construction experience to the team.
🤫 𝐂𝐡𝐥𝐨é, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐧𝐞 : Quiet but remarkably efficient, she learns quickly and is currently a student. On top of that, she's an athlete, so she's in great shape!
👑 𝐒𝐭é𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 : The pillar of StéZen. A visionary with a sharp eye for transforming spaces. She coordinates, supports the team, and oversees every detail of your projects.
Almost all our names start with M… but most importantly, we share the same values 💚
Our complementarity is our strength. Feeling appreciated and passionate about what we do that’s also how we create more love in our lives and in our clients’ homes. ✨
