Tandem continue de grandir. Et surtout, de bien s’entourer. 🤝🏼
Olivier Bertrand s’est joint à Tandem il y a maintenant près de 6 mois. Si nous avons attendu avant de vous l’annoncer officiellement, c’était bien volontaire : nous souhaitions d’abord lui laisser le temps de s’imprégner de notre structure, de notre façon de travailler et de notre vision.
Mais surtout, nous voulions que cette annonce marque une étape importante : Olivier se joint maintenant officiellement au groupe d’actionnaires de Tandem, dans le rôle de Directeur de projet.
Pour ceux qui connaissent bien le domaine du sinistre, Olivier n’a probablement plus besoin de présentation.
Avec plus de 20 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets, il a piloté au fil des années certains des plus importants dossiers de sinistre au Québec. Son expertise, son leadership et sa connaissance approfondie du marché représentent un ajout majeur pour Tandem. Son arrivée vient notamment renforcer notre département des pertes majeures et commerciales, qui connaît une croissance importante.
Avec l’expertise, l’équipe et la structure que nous avons maintenant en place, notre ambition est claire : continuer de faire grandir Tandem et de nous positionner comme un joueur incontournable du marché commercial et des pertes majeures au Québec.

Olivier Bertrand joined Tandem nearly six months ago. If we waited before officially announcing his arrival, it was intentional: we first wanted to give him the time to get to know our structure, our way of working and our vision.
But above all, we wanted this announcement to mark an important milestone: Olivier is now officially joining Tandem’s group of shareholders in the role of Project Director.
For those who know the disaster restoration industry well, Olivier probably needs little introduction.
With more than 20 years of experience in project management, he has led some of the largest disaster restoration projects in Quebec over the years. His expertise, leadership and in-depth knowledge of the market are a major addition to Tandem. His arrival also strengthens our major loss and commercial division, which continues to experience significant growth.
With the expertise, team and structure we now have in place, our ambition is clear: to continue growing Tandem and establish ourselves as a key player in Quebec’s commercial and major loss restoration market.
