Introducing 2024 nadurra ancestral. Available for pre-orders now for delivery between Christmas and new years eve. $30 and no tax for awhile

50% Lacadie, 50% Seyval, grown on our estate vineyard. This was a warm vintage with near perfect growing conditions. Hand harvested and left whole clusters to be crushed under foot and allowed to ferment wild, on skins, without temperature control. Part way through fermentation, the wine was transferred to stainless steel and NY muscat skins were added for stunning colour and a beautiful florality. This wine was bottled near the end of fermentation to capture the natural bubbles produced. Bottled without fining or filtration, and no added sulphite.

Thanks Grace and David for spending the afternoon harvesting with us!!
