**What they’re like:**
• Wants visibility into *everything*
• Asks for updates before you finish thinking

**How to work with them:**
• Over‑communicate *before* they ask
• Share drafts and checkpoints early
• Ask for feedback at ~70% completion (not 100%)

**What builds trust:**
➡️ Fast, detailed updates
➡️ “Here’s what I did, what I’m doing next, and what I need from you”

**2️⃣ The Volatile Visionary**
**What they’re like:**
• Big ideas, big emotions
• Everything is either “game‑changing” or “a disaster”

**How to work with them:**
• Tie your work to their long‑term vision
• Talk in outcomes, not tasks
• Break massive ideas into clear next steps

**What builds trust:**
➡️ “Here’s how this unlocks growth”
➡️ “This is step 1 of a bigger win”

**What they’re like:**
• Gives freedom but little direction
• Assumes competent people will figure it out

**How to work with them:**

🔑 Tip: Start with small gigs to build reviews.
2. Fiverr – You create “gigs” (services you offer), and clients come to you. Perfect for offering simple VA tasks (e.g., email management, scheduling, research).
3. OnlineJobs.ph – A site specifically for Filipino VAs. Many international businesses post jobs here for long-term remote assistants.
4. Freelancer.com – Similar to Upwork. You bid on jobs, but competition is high. Great for practicing pitching.
5. PeoplePerHour – Allows you to post services (like Fiverr) or apply to jobs (like Upwork).
6. Toptal – More advanced, but once you gain experience, this is a premium platform with high-paying clients.

🇵🇭 Philippines-Friendly Platforms

1. Virtual Staff Finder – A matchmaking service connecting Filipino VAs with foreign employers.
2. Jobstreet / Indeed PH – Sometimes posts remote VA jobs.
