The Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant (CAPG) is now live and replaces the former Canada-Alberta Job Grant (CAJG).

This new program supports employers in building a more productive workforce through training and development.

Organizations can send current or potential employees to training focused on improving productivity. Eligible employers can receive government funding for 50% to 75% of direct training costs.
