We began in 1967 inside a small airport hangar in Southern Alberta, spanning approximately 18,000 sq. ft.

What started as a small family-led operation has grown into an international company with more than six decades of experience in rotational molding. Over the years, our story has been shaped by trusted relationships, steady leadership, innovation, and generations of hands-on industry knowledge.

We’re proud to celebrate 60 years in business with the launch of our new 60th anniversary logo.

Since 1967, we have grown from a small Southern Alberta operation into a trusted Canadian rotational molding company serving customers across multiple industries and markets. Over the years, our story has been shaped by steady leadership, dedicated people, strong relationships, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

The new 60th anniversary logo was created to honour that history while staying connected to the Flexahopper brand people recognize today. It reflects six decades of growth, innovation, manufacturing excellence, and the people who have helped build our company along the way.

This milestone is not only a celebration of where we have been, but also where we are headed next.

Thank you to our team, customers, partners, and community for being part of the journey.

Canada was selected to host Rototour 2026, and we’re so incredibly proud that Flexahopper will be one of the host facilities!

In just two months, rotational molding professionals from around the world will be coming through our doors for a behind-the-scenes look at our facility, processes, and innovation.

It’s a pretty exciting opportunity to showcase what we do and put Lethbridge and Southern Alberta manufacturing on the global stage.

We’re ready to open our doors. The countdown is on!

As we celebrate 60 years of Flexahopper Plastics, we’re proud to begin this milestone by giving back to the community that has supported us along the way.

Flexahopper has donated $100,000 to the Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation’s Bringing Hearts Home Campaign, supporting the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and ICU/CCU Expansion at Chinook Regional Hospital.

For six decades, southern Alberta has been an important part of our story. We’re proud to support an initiative that will help strengthen cardiac and critical care for patients and families across the region.

We are incredibly excited and truly honoured to share that Flexahopper Plastics has been selected as one of the host facilities for Rototour Canada 2026 this November!

What an incredible way to celebrate our 60th anniversary. Reaching this milestone is something we're immensely proud of, and having the opportunity to open our doors to colleagues and friends from across the global rotomolding community makes it even more special.
