We're doing it again! This time at Howells Farm on October 25th. All treats, no tricks!

We’ve updated how to grab your free admission.
1. Go to Howells.ca and click the red ticket icon at the top
2. Find the NWIC Customer Appreciation Event
3. Enter your NWIC account number in the coupon code field (format: 1234-5678)

On the 25th, bring your booking confirmation along with a recent NWIC bill so Howells can check you in.

We've got some pumpkin-sized perks for you:
- Admission for the day? Our treat.
- A pumpkin for every NWIC household, while supplies last? Our treat.
- A shot at six months of free internet. Our treat, for one lucky customer.

Once you've had your fun, swing by the NWIC tent before you head out and grab your pumpkin. Carve it at home, then post a photo and tag NWIC on Facebook or Instagram. We'll draw one entry to win six months of free internet. Entries close October 31st and we'll announce the winner on November 2nd.

One entry per household. Open to NWIC residential customers only.

Fair weekend is almost here!

We're at the West Niagara Fair, Friday to Sunday, set up inside the vendor marketplace. Stop by, say hi, and meet the local crew behind your internet.

There's lots to see and do including the demo derby, antique tractor pull, the midway, sheep shearing, the raptor show, and the Old Tyme Fiddlers on Sunday afternoon.

The recent flooding hit a lot of homes across Niagara, and our team has felt it right alongside you.

Floods and power outages have something in common: backup matters. We rely on backup power to keep our towers running when the power goes out. This time, we're thinking a little bigger.

During the outages, too many families watched their sump pumps fail. So we're providing 5 sump pump battery backups, professionally installed by our friends at Konkle Plumbing & Heating through a random draw.

- Open to households in the Niagara Region, customer or not.
- Entries close August 17, recipients drawn August 18.
- No purchase, no catch.

With only 5 units available, please enter only if your home genuinely needs one. We want these going where they'll do the most good.

The countdown is on! 🍿🎬 NWIC Customer Appreciation Movie Night is just a few days away, and we can't wait to celebrate 15 years with you.

Here's the plan:

🚗 Your drive-in admission? On us.

🎨 Games and face painting before the movie? We've got that covered too.

Simply show a current NWIC bill at the box office, find your perfect spot, and enjoy a night under the stars.
