The Wine Pairing at Flat Rock Cellars explores what happens when our signature wines meet thoughtful, seasonal cuisine.

Four wines, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sparkling, are paired with four fresh, house-made bites, each selected to highlight the character of the wine and create something delicious together.

This Tuesday, we’re adding a little Caribbean flavour to Twisted Tuesday. 🌶️

A quick Twisted Tuesday update: Pepper & Thyme will be joining us this week in place of Nata Cosa, bringing bold, flavourful Caribbean food to the Green Roof Patio.

Pepper & Thyme are actually familiar faces to us… We first got to know them as our neighbours at the Ancaster Farmers’ Market, and we’ve loved watching that market friendship grow. Now, we’re excited to have them join us at Flat Rock for the evening.

Come enjoy a glass of wine, grab something delicious from Pepper & Thyme, and settle in for live music from Dave Cassibo. See you tomorrow from 4–8 PM for another Twisted Tuesday. 🍷✨

Tomorrow, Fat Rabbit joins us for Twisted Tuesday with one seriously delicious sandwich on the menu: Sliced Beefsteak Sandwich with jalapeño cheddar cheese sauce, roasted peppers & onions, and piccalilli. $24 + HST 🥪
 
Vegetarian friends, you’re covered too with a mushroom & pepper option. 🌱
 
🎶 DJ Marinko will be keeping the music going from 4–8 PM.
 
The weather is looking good, the wine will be flowing, and we’re expecting a busy one. Come early, bring your friends, and don’t forget a lawn chair!

It's the best time of year to be in wine country. 🍇☀️

The vines are full, harvest is getting closer, and there’s still plenty of summer left to enjoy a glass overlooking the vineyard.

This weekend, settle in on the Green Roof Patio with live music from Wilson Hadfield on Saturday and Anthony Abbruscato on Sunday, both playing from 1–5 PM.

We'll see you this weekend at the winery. 🍷

There’s a certain calmness in the vineyard just before harvest season. 
 
The vines are heavy with fruit, a gentle breeze moves through the rows, and everything feels quiet for just a little while longer. Soon, the Twenty Mile Bench will be buzzing with the sights, sounds and excitement of harvest. 🍇

Chardonnay without the oak. 🍐

Our 2024 Unplugged Chardonnay is now available at the LCBO.

Picked early to preserve its bright fruit and acidity, then fermented and aged in stainless steel, this vintage showcases a pure expression of Chardonnay from the Twenty Mile Bench. Generous orchard fruit, fresh acidity and layers of Niagara minerality come together with added texture from subtle lees contact.

It’s a great reminder that Chardonnay doesn’t need oak to make an impression.
