For some of our w**es, that means a well-deserved rest in barrel, where time allows them to develop greater depth, texture and complexity. The work doesn't stop when the grapes come in. In many ways, it's just beginning.

Every vintage has a story. The 2026 growing season certainly had a few twists along the way. 🍇

A cool spring delayed early vineyard development, followed by a summer of heavy rainfall and humidity that put vineyards across Niagara to the test.

Through careful leaf thinning, selective cluster removal and close attention to the vines, our team worked to protect the fruit and give it the best possible conditions to thrive.

September brought warmer days, cooler nights and a welcome break in the rain, giving the grapes more time to develop while preserving their natural freshness.

Every season brings something different. Knowing our vineyard and adapting to its needs is all part of the work.

That’s the thinking behind The Long Table Dinner Series at Flat Rock Cellars. Each evening brings a different w**e into focus, with a thoughtfully prepared meal from our in-house culinary team designed to bring out the best in what’s in your glass.

Join us for a memorable three-course dinner inspired by a selection of past and present Flat Rock Cellars vintages. Served in a warm, convivial, family-style atmosphere, it’s an experience where the food is generous, the w**e is flowing and the conversation is just as much a part of the evening as what’s on your plate.

For our 2026 Pinot Noir, that story involved careful vineyard work, selective picking and an extra 7–10 days on the vine for some fruit. Early signs in the cellar are promising, with beautiful colour, vibrant acidity and the potential for an elegant, balanced vintage.

Every harvest is a reminder that great w**e begins with a great place. 🍇

This season brought its share of challenges across Niagara, but at Flat Rock Cellars, our vineyard’s dramatic slope, natural drainage and position on the Twenty Mile Bench helped us navigate the conditions and let the fruit develop on its own timeline.

With nearly 100 feet of elevation change across our vineyard, and the unique influence of our corner of the Niagara Escarpment, this is a place that continues to show us what’s possible.

For 14 Easters and Thanksgivings, our Good Karma Chardonnay has been doing a little more than finding its way to the dinner table.

Through our partnership with Feed Ontario, every bottle has helped support food programs across the province. Together, we’ve helped provide more than 200,000 meals to Ontarians in need.

Now, it’s back on LCBO shelves October 10, just in time for Thanksgiving.
