🎉❤️ 14 YEARS OF TARA! ❤️🎉

Tomorrow we celebrate Tara’s 14-Year Anniversary at CLS! 🥳

14 years ago, Tara made the brave decision to leave working on her farm and come work in town with Dad in the business… and, well, the rest is history!

Since then, she has become a HUGE part of CLS. She keeps things running, keeps everyone in line, knows what’s going on, and somehow always knows when something isn’t being done! 👀😂

And let’s be honest… you can hear Tara quite clearly from pretty much anywhere in the office. We’re not sure if that’s a management skill or just a talent she was born with!

Of course, Tara will strongly dislike this post… probably almost as much as she dislikes having her picture taken!

But we couldn’t let 14 years go by without celebrating the boss!

Tara, thank you for all the years of hard work, dedication, patience, laughs, and everything you do for CLS. We truly wouldn’t be the same without you. ❤️

✈️ The Boss Has Officially Left the Building/Country! 🇵🇭
The office might be a little more chatty, a little louder, and definitely filled with more laughs while you’re away… but rest assured, the work is STILL getting done! While the boss is Philippines-bound 🇵🇭, he’s off doing interviews and creating opportunities for our future — so we’ll hold down the fort here! Have a safe trip, Boss!
Since you will be coming home in December make sure you bring back some sunshine, heat, and maybe a few mangos! 🥭

On August 22, 2026, a heartfelt Surprise Appreciation Party was privately organized by a group of Filipinos deployed by CLS Consulting Ltd. to honor its President, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐒𝐲𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐫.

What made the celebration truly special was the effort of those who came—not only from Lloydminster, but also from towns and cities far away. Despite the long hours of driving, they came together to celebrate, express their gratitude, and recognize Sydney for being instrumental in bringing them and their families to Canada.

As the CLS tagline beautifully puts it, “𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝑺𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒍𝒚.” For many of those present, Sydney have indeed been part of a journey that has changed their lives significantly.
