How many units do you need to become financially free? 🤔

The answer... depends on your living expenses. 🏠💸

BUT, for an average Canadian 🇨🇦, it takes ONLY 10 units cashflowing at $300/unit to cover monthly rent, bills, and even leave wiggle room for unexpected costs.

So, realistically, you don't need to build a real estate empire or own 100+ units.

3 or 4 multifamily properties are just enough for an average person to buy back their time and leave the 9-5. ⏳

I'm curious, how many units would it take to free you from financial worries?

It’s not about trying to guess when the right time to buy and sell is.

It's more about how long you hold onto your properties.

If you can stabilize a property and hold onto it for 5, 10, or even 20 years, while being cashflow positive…

It's a almost like planting a money tree and watching it sprout dollars as the years go by. 💰

Sure, there can be bumps along the way, like interest rates rising and so on, but the overall trend is up.

So, don't sweat the small stuff and don't worry about perfect timing.
