It’s 2020 and we live in a virtual world! This is not limited to virtual assistants that can help you with the online aspects of your business!
There is a lot of computer related work involved with owning a business if you want to get noticed, and let’s be honest, not all of us are tech savvy or have the marketing skills! Also, not all of us have the time and therefore need to outsource this work to a Virtual Assistant (VA) who can get the job done and get them results!
How Can A VA Benefit My Business?
1) Saving Time
Virtual Assistants are time-saving wizards! Most of them are extremely tech-savvy and can get your projects and tasks done in a very reasonable amount of time. Not only that, but YOU now have more time freed up in your schedule to focus on other aspects of YOUR business!
2) Increase In Productivity
A Virtual Assistant will help to ensure that the day-to-day online aspects of your business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Such as: making sure your social media posts are going out on time, responding to emails, responding to customer reviews, managing Facebook ads, etc.
3) Low Cost
Believe it or not, hiring a virtual assistant is very budget-friendly. Don’t be fooled by some of the pricey hourly rates that some VA’s charge. Most VA’s are extremely efficient and get your work done in a very reasonable time frame. Not only that, but you are NOT paying into employee benefits for them, providing them a workspace, buying their supplies, etc. VA’s are contractors, not employees!
4) Increase In Business Traffic & Growth

Most VA’s are clever and have a marketing strategy that they have developed through trial and error. Personally, I have quite a few of my own. Through creating well thought-out social media content, Facebook ad sets, Kijiji ads, & more I bring in more traffic and a bigger audience to my client’s business! Social media is FREE advertising – take advantage of it!
5) Just A Call or Email Away
I assume like myself that most VA’s are very open to taking calls during their business hours to clients to discuss anything that comes up that they might need. Although the VA is not physically working in your business space, they are only a call or email away if you ever need anything!
6) Professional Work
Most VA’s take their business very seriously and always ensure to do their best professional work! Their butt is on the line after all, and they want to make sure their client’s are pleased and will continue to work with them.
7) Offload Your Tasks & Projects
And of course, VA’s assist tremendously in taking on your tasks & projects. Which will make you feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders and free up more time in your schedule!
