Allow us to reintroduce ourselves.

While others brainstorm, we implement.
While others scale fast, we scale correctly.

Meet the leadership team that turns ambition into systems that don’t break.

Scaling and feeling the strain? Let’s fix that.

Annual leadership retreat.

2026 planning.
New offers.
Cleaner systems.

We chose Edmonton to keep travel simple and costs low because smart growth starts with practical decisions.

We cooked for each other.
Laughed.
Hot tubbed.
Filmed a few fun, trendy videos.

Good food.
Good conversations.
Clear direction.

Big plans for NP.

We are looking for our next great hire!

Specifically we are looking for a student who is enrolled in a part-time administrative assistance progam at a Canadian College - that's right, anywhere in Canada! A few points to consider before applying:

- you must not be an international student as our grant funding does not allow international students
- you will have to send along proof of enrollment directly from the school you attend
- you must be willing to work in the Eastern Time Zone exclusively
- you are not a full-time student as this role is not an evening and weekends kind of gig
- this role is hourly but we are hoping that the right student will make this place their full-time place when they have graduated.
- if you are a part-time student taking night classes there is an opportunity for you to come on full-time from the start.

Interested?

We tried to film a “What’s great (and not so great) about being a VEA at Northern Primrose” video.

What we ended up with was:
• a swear count
• a “No” count
• a lot of laughing
• and absolutely zero chance of us pretending we’re polished 24/7

So… here’s the blooper reel for your enjoyment.

Because the truth is:

We’re a team that does excellent work, holds a high standard, and still manages to have a ridiculous amount of fun in between the chaos.

If you watch this and think, “These are my people,” you might be our next great hire.

We’re bringing on full-time, salaried VEAs who:
• take ownership
• handle feedback without spiraling
• remember things the first time (teachable)
• raise their hand to help
• and don’t mind a little laughter (or the occasional well-placed swear)

If that’s you, head to the link in our bio.

Come for the ops.

Stay for the chaos, the laughs, and a team that actually cares.
