As summer changes to fall, we're taking a moment to look back on another great summer season at EDPRO Energy! We wanted to share just a few of the people who make it happen every day.

From deliveries and service calls to customer support and everything in between, our team spent the summer doing what we do best: keeping our customers' homes and businesses powered, supported, and safe.

As we head into the fall season, it's a great time to think propane safety and preparedness. Falling leaves, tall grass, and other debris can accumulate around your propane tanks and cylinder cages. Keeping these areas clear helps maintain safe access and supports the safe operation of your propane system.

Thank you to our employees for their hard work all summer long, and thank you to our customers for choosing EDPRO.

Here's to a safe, productive, and energy-filled fall season.

Supporting local farmers is about more than supplying propane. To us, it's about helping the people who work hard every day to feed our communities.

At EDPRO, we're proud to support farms across Southwestern Ontario with reliable propane, responsive service, and a team that understands the unique needs of agriculture.

Because when local farms thrive, our communities thrive too.

🚜 A resilient farm needs more than one source of energy.

Weather changes. Power interruptions happen. Demand can peak when farmers need energy most.

That’s why many Canadian farms rely on a mix of energy sources — including propane — to keep barns heated, equipment operating and essential processes running when other systems are unavailable.

Energy resilience means having practical options when you need them.

Lower emissions. Reliable performance.

Compared to traditional fuels, propane:
• Produces approximately 38% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than heating oil
• Produces 98% less particulate matter than diesel
• Poses no soil or water contamination risk if accidentally released.

Propane is already helping Canadians reduce emissions while maintaining dependable energy.

Lower emissions without sacrificing reliability.

EDPRO is proud to be a part of Canada's energy strategy through delivering propane solutions that communities across Southwestern Ontario can depend on today, and into the future.

For homeowners, businesses, farms, and fleets, we focus on providing energy solutions that are:

Cost-effective – often more economical than heating oil, diesel, and gasoline
Transparent – pricing tied to wholesale propane costs, with no locked-in contracts, so you always understand your energy spend
Reliable – dependable performance through extreme winters and across both rural and urban communities
Canadian-sourced and locally serviced – supporting energy security and the communities we serve

Thank you for trusting EDPRO to safely and reliably power your homes and businesses.

“Affordable and versatile, propane, more than any other fuel, ensures Canadians have the energy they need when they need it and where they need it.” - Shannon Watt, President and CEO, Canadian Propane Association

The federal government’s National Electricity Strategy overlooks the essential role propane plays in rural, remote, Indigenous and Northern communities.

Propane can cost up to less than half the price of diesel and heating oil in many parts of Canada, while emitting approximately 38% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than heating oil and 98% less particulate matter than diesel.

A national energy strategy must include proven solutions like propane.
